Toastmaster Speeches
I joined Toastmasters to improve my communication and speaking skills. In the following speeches I share with you several life experiences. It is my hope that you are able to connect with me through relatable experiences. Toastmasters is a fun way to practice and refine communication skills.
01
Toastmasters: Icebreaker
My first Toastmaster's speech had a few glitches getting started. The speech introduces my friend. What is helpful is recording the speech and watching yourself. I saw many areas of improvement that I did not notice while giving the speech.
02
Toastmasters: My Favorite Things
Notice the signs! My childhood desks picked up in the 1990s reappear in a friend's house in 2013! What does this mean?
03
Dry Run: Fairy Dust and Framing
Did visiting with Joe Moore in Florida, searching for an assailant in Mexico, and visiting a church and school in Toledo, lead to being framed for crimes? I did not commit these crimes! Don't you investigate? If you had, you would have solved a real crime. Once again knowledge is power. Would listening to your intuition have changed the outcome too? Would noticing the signs change your course of action? Knowledge is king too.
